If you are not receiving any new notifications on the News>You page or the Hub
iGranns headless process (background process) might not be running:
Make sure you only have one version of iGrann installed (iGrann free or iGrann Pro)
Check if iGrann icon is on the CPU page: phone Settings > App Manager > Device Monitor > CPU. In normal operations, you should see iGrann running in the background even when the app is closed.
Check if iGrann has the permission to run in the background: phone Settings > Security and Privacy > Application Permissions > iGrann (the pro version) > Run in Background setting should be ON. Also, all other permissions should be ON. If not, turn ON and restart your phone.
If iGrann headless process is running when the app is closed, check the following:
Check if all alerts are ON for iGrann Pro: phone Settings > Notifications > Applications > iGrann > All Alerts field should be ON
Check if Push Notifications are on (open app): iGrann Settings > Notifications > Push Notifications should be ON
