Remove User Account from iGrann
When you log-in to iGrann, the application saves the username, password and other data required to provide the user a seamless experience when logging back in with the same username.
Sometimes, it is necessary to delete the saved information to clear certain issues. On iGrann Pro, deleting an accounts information will also remove the respective hub account.
NOTE: removing an account from iGrann does not remove the account from Instagram.
Follow these steps. Once the information has been deleted, you should restart your phone and log back in:
- After removing the account, you will have to login to iGrann again. So, make sure you write down your username, password and email address associated with your Instagram account. If you are not sure, login to intagram.com to verify.
- Logoff iGrann
- Go back to the login screen and long press on the user icon to open the side menu bar
- Tap on the Delete basket to delete the account information from iGrann
